note:
My first attempt translating it. I did this for myself, I never learn nihongo for real and did this by the help of online translator, so forgive me for any mistakes in interpreting. Yoroshiku onegaisimasu.
*うりずん (urizun) means the best season in Okinawa at the beggining of summer (source).
* heihoo = no meaning, but it's known as a pirate's greeting.
* ゴーヤーチャンプルー = Gooya champuru is a dish in Okinawa (see here). Like a scramble, contains of noodle, tofu and bitter gourd (gooya).
* トビウオ (tobiouo) = flying fish
* 泡盛 (awamori) = is an alcoholic beverage indigenous to and unique to Okinawa, Japan. It is made from rice, and is not a direct product of brewing (like sake) but of distillation (like shōchū). Source.
♪ get the song (can't really tell it's a song, but well it's training song indeed or should I say a pirate song? xD)
